Miss Drop Award History
To recognise the individual efforts made by every member of Miss Drop 44, we introduced the idea of awards that can be earned and displayed on the sports jacket. Some awards are simply for attending shows or obtaining membership - others are for some pretty serious shit... Alongside these we try to keep the rank structure fair and valid, with votes to promote/demote NCOs. Ranks within Miss Drop 44 come with an expectation of behind the scenes efforts within the group, and also a duty of care to the group and its members.
